Providing daily support, with food, clothes, footwear and most importantly of all someone to talk to and turn to in time of need.

Terri-Anne is a talented writer and does some amazing spoken word and poetry. She is such a down to earth lovely person who has unfortunately been dealt a difficult hand in life.

HOW WE HELP

This has got to be one of my favourite moment since doing my outreaches.

Nicky contacted me to say thank you for the help when I met him on the streets in London bridge. This was a very heartfelt chat, and you can see in Nicky's expression the impact it made.
Me and Nicky spent hours together, eating some food and having a chat, talking about our lives and experiences.
I always looked out for Nicky but never crossed paths again until he contacted me, which I was so happy about. So I invited him to join the live. Have a listen.

Back On Your Feat is a charitable cause dedicated to helping the vulnerable homeless get out and stay out of cycle of homelessness and poverty. Having personally experienced the tragedy of homelessness within his own family, Back On Your Feat’s Founder Daniel felt compelled to reach out directly to help as many homeless people as possible, and so he launched "Back On Your Feat" in October 2020 to achieve this goal.

To date, Back On Your Feat has already helped to change the lives of over 3000 people through their direct

outreach efforts. The organisation provides a number of services for the homeless + people in crisis including the provision of food, drinks, clothing and medical supplies.

+ We also help the vulnerable with wider challenges such as mental health, substance abuse and finding accommodation.

Working 7 days a week, Back On Your Feat actively seeks out all who have fallen through every social safety net and now sadly find themselves unable to qualify for

conventional support.

All the time we have people in crisis Back On Your Feat will continue their vital outreach work, all of which remain financially self-funded so if you are able to help contribute towards our running costs and support us with any future development your support would greatly needed and be much appreciated.

Mission Statement

To help those in crisis and  homelessness and get back on their feet.

'' WE ALL DESERVE A CHANCE AT LIFE ''

Kindness can mean different things to different people. The meaning is in how you choose to show it. Be it through empathy, acceptance, kind gestures, thoughtfulness, the possibilities are entirely up to you. Kindness might look like being helpful or showing empathy. It may mean doing nice things without expecting nice things in return.

LEAVE A DENT IN THE PAVEMENT, THAT YOU TAKE FOOT STEPS ON.

When you give someone your time, you are giving them a portion of your life that you'll never get back. Your time is your life. That is why the greatest gift you can give someone is your time.

Sahar Beg of Tooting community kitchen was the first charity to contact me and offer us help to support more people with providing us with multiple food and deserts weekly. We were blown away by there efforts which appeared not to stop with there support extending to purchasing goods we needed to equip those sleeping rough in the winter months. Without the support of Sahar, Tarik and the community kitchen team we would not be where we are today in being able to offer the consistent support to those in need like we do. Thank you all so much.

Tooting Community Kitchen distribute meals to the homeless and those in need, twice-weekly in Tooting 6pm to 6.45pm and Clapham 6pm and 8pm. Providing hot drinks and food, dry food packs, toiletry packs and winter packs and also have a weekly Friday foodbank, no voucher needed. With projects constantly on the go to reach, refugees, Asylum, women in prison to name just a few. A volunteer of residents who we call ‘our rebel cooks and bakers’ (you can leave the rest in ) Sahar believes no matter who or where you come from, no one should be denied food.

It is so important to acknowledge and engage with those that are suffering with homelessness, addictions and mental health.

You must not judge or look down on anyone imagine it was you ? and please give them your time. You might be the only person that does. Make someone smile for no reason and nothing in return.
